HMMM...weather chanel says sun and 80 degrees in Gary with 15-25 west wind starting about noon. If that holds true Miller doesn't get much better. Will post if it goes off. Gray and no wind now.

Never been to Bev... how is the launch there? Plenty of room? Any more shallow than Miller or MC??

Hard to get a West on the bottom this late in Spring... Best bet for kiting today is out towards Madtown. Should crank like a banshee out there today. Be assured that Jens is ripping it up with Ben and the boys today. Bob is back in town. should be a lot of Spotted Cow going around at Sunset.

Beverley or MC might blow for a bit, but get it if it builds quickly, cause it prob won't last.

Yes the dutch import was at the far east end. It was great to meet everyone out there and see everyone having a good time. sun, wind, and 80 degrees what more can you ask for? Did anyone stop into the Aquarium for the rocking beach party afterwards?

I was afraind of gunfire after sunset... I got the hell outta there.

Seriously.. a couple years back the Police told me "you need to get outta here" just after sunset. The parking lot was full, people were drinking, fighting, etc... lol!

I think tonights party was a youth friendly event... boom boom boom!

I got out about 4 p.m. at Miller. Beeutiful, sunny warm, STEADY wind, perfectly powered on 13m. I saw all you guys on the west end. Sorry I didn't make it over there. I'm not unsociable, just lazy. Why drive when you can walk?

Hey Skysurfer, just curious, have you ever had a bad experience at Miller? We get a bad rap in Miller Beach because of the Irreperable Gary brand. I've lived here over 10 years and have never had a bad experience and yes I walk the beach at night often. Occasionally the beach riff raff gets a little out of control with drinking and yes fighting but it's pretty rare. Was there drinking and fighting at the new Cafe' east of the aquatorium? and what do you mean by Boom Boom? where there gunshots? That would be a first that I'm aware of on the beach. Remember the police are Gary. They're used to fighting bad crime all day but in areas that are far from Miller.
