Anybody ride the south coastline of the UP?

Tomorrow's south should be great.

Has anybody ridden the south coast of the UP much?

I am thinking west of Naubinway.
Is there a slick in Seul Choix Way?
How is just west of Manistique? I have heard legends!

If any other crazy northern folk check this, PM me if you want in! Saturday should be quality as well.

Or if anyone has info on any riders up here , I'd rather ride with a bud.

maybe farther than u want to drive. I have only been up to that shoreline once but it looked like it had a lot of potential.

Shlogged on my 12m and surfboard. Needed a little more.
Drove as far as Manistique. Stopped at every campground and public beach access.
There are some very nice spots.

Haven't had time to check out that area yet. Have been checking out the North Shore of Superior. There are a couple great riding spots up around Ontonagon and Chequamegon Bay. The locals up here (all 5 of them) also go out to the Apostle islands You need a boat for Chequamegon. Going in to get my knee fixed in July and hope to be ready to hit these spots by Sept.

Let me know if you decide to head this direction (Manitowish Waters). We have a pretty sweet set up here with ski, pontoon & sailboat, SUPs, kayaks, etc if the wind does not cooperate. I kited our lake this spring and it was nasty. Gusty with huge shifts in direction.

I ride manistique area a couple times a year.

Staying in U.P. from 6/26-7/3 Taking gear, hoping to ride on the inland lake where were staying in Curtis,MI. Would love to met up w/ anyone to ride one of the Big Lakes.

Curtis sits on Manistique Lake / Between Manistique, Naubinway then north around (?) 30 miles.
