I think the strong sw in the forcast is coming from a T-storm.

When it's on... Michigan has some of the best kiteboarding anywhere. Flat, rollers, waves.... etc..

I hope you make it over one day!

Artem be careful bro. With last weekend's storm generating gusts over 90mph and ripping trees down, watch upwind and get off the water if stink is comin'....

Someone I know just disappeared kayaking off the SantaBarbara coast. Found his backpack 3 miles offshore. Don't know the outcome yet of all this but he's been missing for over two days. It doesn't look good.

Looks like a freight train of showers and storms commin through on the radar. The wind is shearing in all different directions right now, around the cells. North at St. Joe and South at Gary.

If you want to sit there in the rain and wait for a break, it might work. As V said.. be careful of gust fronts and storm winds. This has been a crazy season for freaky weather...and STRONG storms.

I'm skipping the drive.

The forcasts changed a bit now they are saying the storms are gonna pass by 1 or 2 and its suppose to get partly sunny with only 30 percent chance of T-storms.

For the record, Wolf Lake smelled like poop.

Rode 10M for around an hour and a half.

R-Tem was switching from a 12 to a 10 and then rode his surfboard for a while.

Big Daddy styled on his 10.

1 kite was bitten by the Wolf.

Everyone was off the water when the 60kt plus winds hit.

-end of report-
