Pier,

Get on the boards and let me know where you are going. Still need a bar while I wait for Mackite to deliver my goods!

I'm up for anything. It felt great getting out Sunday and getting some solid riding in and has me amped for this fall.

Agreed. I'll head up there too. It'll be semi-crowded, but with some cool wind it should kick a lot of people out.

I heard a report about an hour ago that Joel and a few other kiters were going at Miller. Light, but it was working.

Latest report from MC (Michigan City) is 17 kts, slight angle to onshore... as opposed to Miller straight on... and waves, but a bit smaller than Miller. I'll be heading there as soon as FedEx delivers my new Spleene.... hehe

Just got back from Miller. Was there from 9 to 12. Light wind and a lot of chop, which was challenging for a newbie like me. A bit too onshore as well.
I hope it gets better for you all.

good day at Miller, full of surprises.
Wind on the light site, however riding big door on these waves was fun.
Thanks anothermike for letting me use you spare bar. Mine depower line broke in the second I got in the water (10 months old)

just got back from an AMAZING session.. sat on the beach for about 3 hours in the sun, then as the sun started to go down, the wind switched on and i got about an hour and a half of ride time bathed in the red/pink/orange of the sunset amongst the skylines..

sessions like that are why i'm alive..

Same at montrose. We had a little more than an hour of decent wind around sunset.

We all know the feeling. You come home with a huge grin and everybody looks at you like, "what's making you so happy?!?!" That city skyline from Miller is a nice sight!
