Lets give it one more try and see if anyone is interested at all. Heading to Alpine Valley in WI Saturday with some friends. Maybe some Chicago kitesurfing crew wants to join? We gonna be leaving here from Glenview around 8 am (its a one and half hour drive) and be there till we are sick of it.

Here's the plan:
Me and my friend will be leaving Glenview around 7.30 8.00 AM. It should take us about 1 and half hour to get to Alpine Valley. The hills are open from 10 am till 10 pm but tickets are only from 10 am till 5 pm (or you can go for the evening session).
So we have some time to eat, warm up, get our gear together and have a awesome day at Alpine valley! We have many beginners that will join us so if you are a rookie at snowboarding and want to come out too JOIN US!
Hopefully see some of the people from the forum out there in Alpine Valley!

It became Icy later on the day. But hey what do you expect no fresh snow for a long time and its only freezing you can't have it all at the same time unless you go to the real mountains
