hey I know it's too cold to do almost anything outside but the sun is going to be out so if ur suit is dark might make u feel warm.. anyway me n polo are hitting lake st. beach should ramp up a bit towards 2ish.. we'll be there.. later..

Me too but I checked the meters today and the east winds still keep coming I may be tempted later on this afternoon lOl. Only true way to get rid of the soreness is to tenderize them muscles some more wave
