Really cool! and no its not a photoshop. Picture is taken in South Africa!

I thought I saw on kiteforum it was a confirmed photoshop. They ran it through new software that can measure the amount of photoshop done, and where. It didn't stand up to the test. Still a really cool picture though

i also read that the picture was fake. Even if it is fake it does depict a scenario that Ivo and I experienced on Maui. We each had our own interactions but I had a humpback whale breach no further from me than the distance in the picture while out past the reef at Kite Beach. On another occation my wife and I were out on sup's on the west side of the island and we had a group of humpbacks go underneath/around us. The first breach was so close I droped to my knees and was able to get these shots of the next whale to show itself.









While the whales were going buy we could hear them from on top of our boards, after they did not come up for a minute or two we stuck our heads under the water and their songs were so loud, it left us speachless. In fact I sat out there until the sun went down just basking in Mother Natures beauty.
