The next time there is a strong (>15 mph) North to ESE wind (N - NE - E - ESE) is when Montrose works best and people will be kiting. If they're not stuck at work

Shoot man...dog beach looks pretty killer.
They don't do that in South Haven. You get the ticket.
My dog Daisy would be loving it there.

It's really cool that the city actually made a spot for dogs so they can enjoy the coast too.

Yeah the dog beach there is pretty huge at least a football field. The dogs do love it there. The whole city of Chicago is actually really dog friendly. Small dog parks everywhere. I live about a 4 minute walk to a place called "Wigley Field"

PS: I was at Montrose today in this 80* weather. Doing OK on my 12m for awhile. I love the classic SW storms that try to come in and the ESE wind blows to fill in the void of the storms.
