I was in Dublin yesterday and found out there is more to do than sitting around drinking pints of Guinness, shots of Jameson listening to fiddle music while eating fish and chips. I went to Dollymount Strand, 10mins from the city center of Dublin where there were more than 50 kites in the air at any one time, with many more on the beach. A great bunch of guys, they talk about the numbers of kiters seem to double every year. If you ever head to the Emerald Isle don't forget your gear, they kite year round. There website is Kitesurfing.ie
