Buggy'in is it's own sport and very popular in England. I'm sure the buggies are widely available. You need a very flat surface as you get some real speed going real fast. They use small foils and steer the buggy with their feet.

If I lived closer to ya i'd let ya take mine out for a spin. It was something i tried in the early years just to keep my stoke high but i've found that buggying isn't that much fun.

Theres actually a dude in LIbertyville that makes these. He makes them for kites and also with windsurf sails.
I was doing a job at his neighbors house and saw all this crazy stuff coming out of his gagage where he has a huge shop.
