I used a Nikon D50 with a 12-24mm Sigma Lens. We just have to be careful not to drop to whole thing into the water

It gets tricky specially when switching kite and camera at the same time with the wife in the water. A water proof case is way too expensive (around 600 bucks). Everything for the money shot!
