I have nice 7m Slingshot Turbo 3 2009 with bar and lines in very good condition , no repairs or holes. $ 300 complete.

If you want used I'd say you should buy from a local rider... especially if you want to ride it tomorrow. If you want new then Real watersports has an OK deal going on.

That ebay deal isnt great for a 2011 kite.
