All stainless steel frame, nylon webbing seat. 3 balloon tires. Steered with feet on posts extending out from the fork.

Sorry all,

I only had the kite buggy for a year and 4 months after I posted that message, until I moved to Minneapolis.

One year and 10 months later, it's gone.
