Can you Tawas locals / folks from MCK give us a sense 'forecast accuracy' for Tawas?

..this weekend ain't lookin' good per windfinder and the other sites we use to get wind forecasts... but as you know forecast and reality don't match much. I'd hate to drive out there and have doldrums, hate to stay home and see videos posted of an awesome session...

Any advice you can offer we would appreciate. Thanks in advance for your help.

Not to rub it in but I will anyways because I love Tawas! 4 consecutive days of wind and 12 super stoked kiteboarders, the lion share getting rides during their first or second day of lessons/camps. Super wild wild westerly Friday-Saturday, thermal Thurs. and Sunday was an Easterly, hoping the trend continues on zero marine and local forecasts, lake level recently shot up so the beaches have shrunk in size, tough to find spots to rig these days with all the crazy action but the ponds are killer for a skim sesh.
