Is it too early to even discuss snowkiting? Hope not.
Would anybody be interested in renting a room/bed/couch in a lake house for a weekend or whatever at one of the best launches up here?
There are summer houses up here that normally get winterized in the next few weeks. However, they could be rented for the entire off season instead.
While there is no way I could afford to do this solo, I think it is doable if guys are interested in paying to stay.
Sweet 25 mile downwinders on the snow. Ends at a bar with $2 burgers and $2 beers. Houses considered are very close to the launch and on the water. There are 2 old, closed down ski hills that are sweet for poaching. There is a lift access place too. There are other secret spots that I may be shared depending on whether or not you are cool or weak. 15 minutes (10 miles) to TC.
What do you think?

...and there will be no wind and the lake won't hardly freeze solid during the entire winter 12/13
