Cheap airfares are a life saver in the winter. And in the spirit of kiteforum..... The hellfish has made all of my other kites obsolete. The wind range is unbelieveable. I have used my 13m hf in winds as low as 2 mph and as high as 40mph. This kite is sick!! If you fly anything else you suck!!!

ironic in that it turns out this was one of the only truths told. it actually will be at lease 256 weeks or more. lol.

Hey bob,
heading to florida next weekend to escape the weather. Cant wait to get back to salt water. We just got a 4in layer of snow last night so it looks like snow kiting will start filling my time very soon. So, trhings are going well.
Are you doing the "kites on ice" event again this year?

unfortunatley KOI is cancelled for this year due to financial reasons. they've lost quite a lot of money and had some major sponsors reduce the monies by a lot, so they are refocusing the event for 2007 to be more streamlined.

it's relly too bad, because the snowkiting aspect was an enourmous hit last year and we had a lot of momentum going into this year.

there's a slight chance we'll still do some event, but not to the level of KOI.
