There are many trips to East Tawas, Michigan planned for the summer! This is an ideal place to learn and everyone makes great progression along with having tons of fun there. It's a beautiful location suitable for all levels of riders. Expect flat, shallow and protected conditions. We launch near the end of a bay so it works great in all wind directions. Wind there is usually generated by thermals so expect consistent, strong and steady winds almost every day.
It is about a 6.5 drive from Chicago.

All of the 2011 dates are listed from a Thursday to a Monday and this may change slightly closer to the time. We usually have the option of camping, sharing lodging, ride sharing, clinics, lessons and gear.
