Roberto - how long did you observe for before you determined a person was good enough to be certified?

Not even charge, just don't want people riding.

Again, you can get wither a PASA or an IKO certification for Montrose. I've got both. IKO has a GREAT insurance option.
When we started this PASA offered insurance, and the city was demanding it. So we started out with PASA. Not the city has backed off insurance so IKO or PASA is fine.
