Could be some nice waves building from last night and today. Last night at around sunset it was building to maybe 4 feet with a short period.

Aww man. It was way too late by 2 or so. You could see the off shore meter dying down right at 1. I find that meter very reliable and accurate on a North day like today, but anything from the east is hit or miss whether it comes to shore or not
We had the biggest la nina since records were kept last year. It was the coldest july EVER recorder for 6 states in the midwest and 8 others had their 2nd coldest ever. We shouldn't get a repeat this year, but we can all hope for the best!
