Looking for help with beginner's package: Used Items

I just took my lessons yesterday and ready to go out there to practice body dragging and kite control.

I am looking for everything but the board on student budget.

Things I need:
Kite: 2 Year old or less 10m or 11m
Harness with needed accesories
Bar with with lines and leash
