It's nice to wake up everyday to someone having a good session the previous day. Jens is a mad man with the wakestlye. He must have forearms of iron he's unhooked so much :P

Keep it up guys! How are the nights and no wind days going? Any stories?

ade...hit the ocean yesterday for some SUP action and got lucky with a late afternoon SW breeze. eating and drinking and shooting some 8 ball and 9 ball to round out the eves.

super fun trip so far as always.

we met Amanda and the crew that stayed with her the other day when they dropped by and rode with us all afternoon.

anderson and liz just left to head back to Madison, so we'll need someone to take up the photography tasks.

first time ever that the surf has been nonexistent for both weeks in OBX. No ocean session yet except a few SUP's sessions. Lost of westerly winds. We are all blaming the oceanless winds o you guys for not being here. lol.

Back in the DairyLand !!!!

The trip was great. The atmosphere in the house would make any producer of a reality show cry of desperation. Bob, Jens and Ben put a lot of hard quality work to make everyone comfortable and to bring the students to a new level.

Glad to see slavi and his girlfriend stopping by to say good bye. I am glad they got to ride as well. Amanda and her crew were super nice and we are looking forward to riding with all of you again soon.

Everyone was pushing the envelope. We left the house with an expanded network and life long friendships.

I have to say one one of the more satisfying things was seeing Lisa Smith get up and ride in both directions in control for 100-200 yards and get back to me.

Those are pics of her above on our last day last week. She had no previous board experience and has a few years on even me and showed really good kite skills and got up and riding in control. Not quite ready for prime time yet, but on her way.

We've also seen big progress from Jeff, Adrian, Adrien, Malcolm, Mandie, John and Dave while down here.

Looks like 2 really good days of wind to end an amazing trip.

Thanks to everyone that came to ride and stay at the house that trip was so much fun! It was very cool to see each and everyone of us improve from where we were before the trip. It was also a blast meeting up with everyone from Bob's Kiteriders' crew. Good times!!!

If anyone wants to go on another kite adventure you're welcome to meet us out West this winter for snowkiting!

Amanda those are too cool!! Good shooting and editing Abuna! I said it last year and I'll say it again, I'm never missing another Hatteras trip again! They are so fun and the memories are too good.

Why oh why are you teasing us with these sweet pictures and videos?!?!?!? Cya soon on the water and have a great snow kite trip sounds awesome!
