Water Tower in Sunset Beach, CA fall/winter 2011

Let me know if anyone wants to go in on the water tower this fall or winter. Great kitesurfing at sunset beach/huntington beach and some good flat water at near by belmont shore. In the mornings, there's no wind but good surfing and SUP. It blows a steady 17-20 almost every afternoon from 1-6pm. I just moved from SB and this is definitely the coolest beach house on the planet and I kind of know the guy and could probably get a deal down from the $4k/week to $3k-ish.

We'd probably would need 5-10 to make it cheap and fun... Air is currently $265 to lax and the room would be around $300-$600 pp for the week for 5-10.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 couch, then a giant room for a bunch of blow up mattresses and ear plugs or a huge wrap around deck...
