Merry christmas everyone. Forecast and temps are still looking good for tomorrow. Myself and a few others are looking to hit TR tomorrow for most of the day.
Marine forecast for TR
Monday
SW wind increasing to to 30 kts with gale force gusts to 35 kts. Waves 2 to 4 ft building to 4 to 7 ft in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed.
I'm hoping for some nice 8 meter riding with flat water at first and then smooth beautiful chest to head high waves.
Good luck tomorrow to all that are going to ride and push the season.
I'd rather be Rollerblading

48F + Sunny + 22 to 25kts + classic fat clean waves (Holland Trade Mark...)
It's Dec 26th and I still can't believe it...

I was at S Haven, a little light but fun to be out on Dec. 26. Holland looked to be better - where do you kite there? Looking at a map, maybe Holland State Park, just north of the jetty?

Holland State Park, just north of the Jetty.
When it's SSW South Haven doesn't work very well, drive 30 mins more and you will be rewarded.
Miller today?

Guys,
Beware, at one point FCC will ban this site for promoting masochistic activities without explicitly banning participation of the minors...
Seriously... hats off but isn't it freaking cold out there, no matter how you want to brave it???

It is really not that bad, i will say it's comfortable; maybe if you break down and have to swim back without gloves would suck but putting that aside it is like a snowboarding if you have right gear!
