First of all what are those funky C delta not inflatable kites? Those look pretty cool for snowkiting! Second where is this spot?

They are Paraskiflex usually used for beginner on snow (very few use them on water). Very easy to start with it take 10 minutes and you go... safe.. you let the kite go and it stay on the ground...
The event was at TRois-Rivieres, Québec, CAnada... (Near Montreal) all you Big Boats on Michigan Lake who comes from Ocean pass across this river! (St-Laurence River)
