I am down in Florida thru end of June and my room-mate is heading back up north March 15th so I am looking for another room-mate either short term or long term - we're in a big old house 15 minutes to the Gulf of MX - here are the details ........

Full house privileges - fully furnished - you get your own room (furnished) and bath (not shared) - lots of parking - 15 minutes to downtown - 15 minutes to Siesta Key Beach (Voted #1 In The USA) - lots of storage - full kitchen - washer and dryer - safe and quiet area - large house (1800 sq feet) - I'm a kiteboarder and windsurfer so I prefer another kiter or other water sports enthusiast (kite, surf, kayak, sail, snorkel, SUP, etc)

Ideal for singles or a couple - heat and water and electric included - your share of rent would be $600/month

Super deal as houses rent down here for $2,000-$4,000/month in season
