Is Waukegan meter f.... up ?

I've been watching Waukegan meter for couple weeks now and have a feeling that it's totally f... up . It used to be just little off as far as the direction but now whenever the bottom side of the lake shows decent wind keg shows 8-10 mph lower that everywhere else.
Or is Keg just not the place to be this year ?

Think waukegan doesn't want us up there LOL. I've noticed this too.
