Anyone planning on not leaving the city today and kiting at Montrose.

Not a chance buddy. It's a predominantly South Wind and Montrose won't work unless it's ESE. If you down your kite and can't relaunch you are getting swept out the open Sea

I'll be at Wolf for sure for an after work session (~6:00). South should work (and forecast for turning SW in the evening). By the sounds of it I may be doing a solo sesh there but I can't trek to Waukegan in time.
