I had the opportunity to ride one of the sectors a week ago. Gary for Ceder Rapids lent it to me.
Literally no wind, I was on an 14m rally with the sector and I could not believe how fast UPWIND it goes. True racing and light wind board.

I rode the Sector 54 in Sheboygan on Sunday. I couldn't keep up with Hollywood on his Aguera race board at all in the makeshift course we raced. However, I was faster on the downwind leg. The board is fast but doesn't go upwind like an all out race board. Plus, I found it pretty hard to just jump on the race board and go. Someone who has ridden a surfboard or twin tip would find the Sectors to be pretty much jump on them and go.
