SS bar issue

I bought an Octane 9 m, not sure 2010 or 2011, with the bar.
Yesterday I used it for the first time in Cabarete, and the safety (i.e.) chicken loop released, without any action on my part, twice, including once in the middle of the jump, and I landed rather badly.
I looked closely, and see no obvious culprit, other than the possibility that the power control line was not in the clit - but it seems an unlikely cause. Any ideas?

You mightnnot have had the red popper all the way in and accidentally bumped it...?

yeah make sure ur donkey dik dosnt accidentally come out either cuz that surely will spoil a good sesh.

Thanks, V. for your spelling correction, it's good to know the difference between these 2. I'll double check it for sand, etc, I thought perhaps it was a known issue.
FSP: No, the dick was in its rightful place, it was the release mechanism.
