Mike, I feel your pain here in sheboygan. Yesterday the forecast and the flow looked perfect here. We had 2-3 hours of white caps with winds between 15-18 but never the pop we thought we'd get for what they were calling for. This SW forecast really fell apart as there wasn't any energy in the region.
Next time.....
