If you got some new digs, thinkin its gonna help your kiting step-up to the next level, blow out your used gear here and watch that grom shred harder than you on your old kite.

Selling my 11m rebel seeing as I updated my quiver and wont be riding it anymore. I purchased it new back in '10, and have taken great care of it over the years. Canopy has wrinkles from folding and storage, but not a single tear anywhere along the kite. Batten rods hold this kite virtually flutter free...
Bar and lines are in good condition. The donkey dick has a rip along its backside, that I patched with a tube, but no functional issues there.
Asking $450 for complete

Is this still for sale?
Any idea how the 2009's differ from 2010's?
Thanks!

2009 North removed the Center strut discovering with more exposed surface in the of the kite can achieve more lift. For 2010 North put the strut back in but made it a floating strut. (material at the apec where the led strut meets the leading edge is not stitched or attached to the strut. This achieves the same idea of removing the strut, and but adds the rigidity of the 5th strut.
Hope this helps, still for sale

Thanks for the reply. I am a bit nervous about getting that kite with the rumors of taco'ing... Have you had this happen to you while using it?

Is kite/bar still for sale?
I'm trying to PM you but they are sitting in my Outbox instead of my sent box.
Thanks

Just pump it up rock hard and it will be fine.
I have had mine taco a couple of times. After that I always made sure to inflate generously and have not had a problem since then. If you weigh 200+ you might want to consider a different year.
The great thing about the '09's is the weight lost by not having a 5th strut.
