Looks like its gonna keep blowing in Michigan tomorrow... whose heading that way? St Joe, Holland, The Haven? I sat on the sidelines today and wanna get out under slightly more manageable conditions. Heading out early am looking for others...

At Tiscornia (st joe), nothing here. Hoping maybe for something later this afternoon, but doesn't look promising, anyone seeing anything anywhere in Michiana?

Went to MC at 8ish, but conditions were really bad with the waves/tide. Ended up at kegan at 2 pm and had a great session. Perfect conditions, but had to pay for parking. They gave me the military discount of $10!

Crib went off 20+ around 2:30. Headed for M enjoyed a sweet wave session with beach closed for swimming. Stayed offshore with streamer flying until 4ish when the breeze began to die.
As I left an idiot with a mid sized Flysurfer foil arrived with a mountain board. With no streamer he rode close to the beachgoers occasionally getting 10/20 foot air. While clearly in violation of the rules of M am wondering......Do the lifeguards know the rules? Do they ever enforce them? Or.... Do the guards expect other kiters to enforce the kite rules at M? I hesitated to approach the mountain board guy who I didn't know. Didn't think he would follow my advice as long as the guards didn't say anything to him. I know Mike has worked tirelessly to keep M open for kiters. However, I think his efforts will fail unless the guards enforce the rules...
Would appreciate some insights on how to handle the errant mountain board guy. Great thoughts welcome...
Regards,
Tim
