Beginning October 1st, local kiter / windsurfer has an opening for a roommate / house share at a large 3BR house one hour south of Tampa Skyway (FL) on the gulf side

Super deal, rent is only $600/month -includes private, furnished bedroom and shared bath. Entire house priviledges - washer/dryer - kitchen - storage. Rent also includes utilities (electric/heat/water/sewer). Lots of parking. Back yard has kayak/SUP/windsurf racks and area to rinse and hang gear

Ideal for two single men or women or a couple - $600 per room/month (it is a 3 bedroom house and I have one room)

Great deal - condos and house rent for $1000/week in season - rent one or more months - would consider partial month

House is in nice, safe residential area - 15 minutes to bay, gulf and downtown - 30 minutes to Tampa Bay - can kite any wind direction on Tampa Bay

EXCELLENT for sport enthusiasts, especially water - sailers - kayakers - scuba - snorkel - motorized hang gliders - SUP ers
