SW looks like it will be rideable at the Calumet Ave Sink Hole (Wolf Lake).

Anyone else going?

Last week we were down to shorties w/boots.

Note to all new riders: Wolf Lake is full of nasty stuff on the bottom. Rocks, slag, broken glass, rebar, etc. Foot protection recommended.

Also the spring weeds were reaching up last week.

Hopefully the wind line is moving northward... it's 15-20 in central IL now.

I'm not seeing much either. Tomorrow if the storms co-operate

Storms to the West of us usually generate a pull (low pressure) that brings east winds. I'm hoping for it to pop in strong too, could come in later SE here around Chicago. Tomorrow we'll dodge the rain drops for Wolf. Friday.....tooo soon, but hopefully

Maybe tomorrow.

It's showing CALM at GYY Gary Airport.

You might score a SE if you're close to the beach.....but that's hit or miss.
