11 knots at the beach. Not happening yet. The sunshine is just as of the beach. Perhaps some wind. With it.

Alright kids, looks like sunshine and the wind has kicked in @ Montrose. I'm bringing my 14, 12, and 10. Let's hope for the latter. CYA out there!

Shots from the day are already up. This was his first time shooting us and he was asking when to come to shoot more! Could be the next "photoguy" :)

Shibby that was fun, went to Montrose with the pup expecting everyone to be packing it in when to my surprise it was blowing. Let the pup run around and set up the 12 for a 2 hr session. Only had a 3/2 in the car... which turned out to be enough for me. Love being only 2 miles from Montrose.

If your not certified yet and you want to be then get a hold of Amanda!!! Check it...

Wow nice pictures, keep that guy coming back. I didn't make it in any pics but my kite did! Wind better than expected especially late. Adrien said we had a thermal effect, seems strange as it was not all that warm but we'll take it.

It's not a true thermal, but if it blows north on a clear sky, right around sunset it gives it an extra 3-5 knot push. Not sure what the actual effect is, but I just call it a thermal. I think it's just the wind chasing the sun. I've seen it countless times now and so far it hasn't let me down.

Probably not just because it starts to die tonight and tomorrow it's non-existent. It's not magic, it's just amplifies what's there.
