TUE 18th mc NE bliss

Postby FSP » Mon Jun 17, 2013 12:32 am

Spent my day swimming with the kids in some especially, clean blue green water and hard to believe but were all warmed up and the sunsets are firing. Getting a strong suspicion we gonna get a good one on this tue NE. If so plan on my first downwinder in the am, then some surf around noon. Around 2 plan on another, and then sunset out the back door as the sky gives it up. stumble over to mateys for a quick one and then hopefully some leftover waves the next am. shoots thats sounding good right about now.

Keep an eye, cuz they come out of nowhere and get headhigh and pretty in no time. Whos runnin shotgun? Cmon bros dont be shy :D :D :D

Scotty, you really have to start kiteboarding with your pants on! We all know you've got the moves but you gotta stop getting intimate with your board...

Does this mean you'll be adding some more unidentified "substance"??

Just read this:

Beach is closed...can anyone confirm? May try New Buffalo if closed.

Whenever you see plumes from the closeouts shining in the sun you know its on. Got my drop off up the road, at the peak around 3 to just blow away in bliss. moon, over head, glassy inside grinders super scalloped out at 2 spots in particular were just epic for having to do nothing with the kite or board-just throw!!! Free surfing solo, miles to my doorstep is i guess what were talkin bout. hot tub..cheap beer..wheres the bros on this? :D :D :D

You called it. It was killer all day in st joe. I was the only rider all day there. Wind and waves were steady all day.
More riders showed up after work. Although the waves were small waist to shoulder high they were clean long reforming perfection. Wind direction was excellent. Super powered on the inside.

I love silver beach solo. It's nice not to have to look before you drop in the zone. Good call again Scott.
