Did the swell picked up in that time as well Matt?It was hard debate this time,I was "sure" about 30N on our weak side, but much harder with swell,South Heaven,St.Joe or 17th.
We did two downwinders with Petr from 17th to Waukegan, first was on 9m about head high easy going and second we start late around 5.30.We were waiting for one more compadre and I went to check out conditions if that voice in my head "takeeeee 7m outttt trooper" was right.I return with big grin from ear to ear and Petr asked why Im chuckling all the time, I told him you'll understand once you see what is waiting for us.Head and half clean heavy swell was just rolling in like no tmr.I was hoping its gonna get good, but I wasn't expecting this, saw 17th going off like this only couple times. All those classic wave spot were just hitting on all cylinders all the way to Motel in Zion.We were like two kids in a candy store,so stoked picking waves wayyyy out off shore and slamming them turn by turn to beach,so spaced out so clean..unbelievable day.
Glad everyone had amazing day as well.Im sure In a week I'll have to listen to full moon theory once more
btw.anyone have found CrazyFly board yesterday?http://www.chicagokitesurfing.com/kiteb ... =8&t=11920
