I recently had my kite repaired by Pro Kitesurf in Corpus Christy, TX and wanted to forward the info for anyone in need of major kite repair. They do great work at a resonable price.
My Cabrinha 12.2 had a small 1" tear that turned into a rip along the seam on the last strut from leading edge to trailing edge. They ended up replacing a panel.
Cost was $100 plus about $20 for shipping. Turn around time was about 2 weeks including ship time.
