Bouncing between 10m-20m out here blowing 180 to 270...needs to steady speed and direction. It's all over the place from my vantage point lookin at the windmills from work... Hope it cleans up!

I went out for an hour or so on the 10m.

Lots of kites, lots of fun.

You guys might want to consider moving 100 feet offshore to do the jumps and whatnot. That water is only 6 inches deep and full of rocks, slag, rebar, etc.

Then again the paramedics and ems are right across the street. :-P

I am not a doctor and I am not offering you nor suggesting medical advice.

You should ask your doctor if this is a good idea:

Wash the cut very well. Consider an application of betadine disinfectant.

Continue care with a bandage and a topical dressing like poly-sporin, neosporin etc.

Ask your doctor about getting a tetnus shot before getting cut up.

And as always ... seek advice from John Tesh....

Or if you know you have your tetanus shot, just keep it clean. I had a sizeable gash from Tawas on the bottom of my foot from a nail in a piece of wood from the middle of the bay. Imagine my luck... :roll:

Anyway, keeping it dry is hard if its on your foot, but keeping it clean is the most important part. I didn't put any cream etc. on it because it keeps it wet. Letting it scab reduced the pain from walking and allowed it to heal faster. You know, us 20-somethings with our quickly recovering immune systems though.... also, something about being young and stupid. :D

I came so close to bruising my back/butt when the wind just disappeared in mid air. no fun when you flying upside-down.

I'm no Doc either but also consider this info in making your decision on whether or not to get a shot of tetanus;
http://www.vaccinationinformationnetwork.com/tetanus-vaccination/
Note some of the ingredients in the Description under "What is a tetanus shot?", such as aluminum, mercury, formaldehyde... all which are toxic to our bodies. At least any toxins we pick up from Wolf is mixed with living bacteria and squirted out the back of our bodies rather than potentially imbedding itself in there for quite some time... :shock:

thanks fellas and all good advice. i def did not know what you posted Mike-that would suck to die of mercury posioning when you would have lived from a wolf bite!!!

bottom line is hitting the playground equipment, rocks lightposts, birdfence poles or powerlines aint nothing for pain like a wolf bite from the bottom! mutha double action pump this thing burns!
