Had a great day on the beach in South Haven hangin with everyone and seeing some peeps I haven't seen in a loooong time. Wind picked up in the evening and headed for the big downwinder to St. Joe with West, Jimbo, and Big T. Sore today...and blistered hands.

What's up with the super cold water on the south side of the jetty at St. Joe???

definitely worth the trip from Madison to St Joe's. Will be coming back to the other side of the lake again. 9 hours of travel. 4 to get there. 5:15 to get back. 5 hours of riding. Slept quite well last night to say the least.

Cool meeting a bunch of guys who I've known for years by name only.

John...did the winds pick up late only in South Haven? We almost headed up there, but stayed at St Joe's.

Ripped it with the crew in Da Haven yesterday. Little beach time waiting for the wind to shift N and pick up......good to hang with your friends shooting the shiz and beach watching!!!!

Wind picked up and we headed towards St. Joe. A little light at times, but no abandoning the trek..........we had enough wind to pull into st. joe. The scenery was supreme on the way down. Warm waters, cliffs, bikinis, shorebreak.........

Got picked up and brought back to SH by Todd's lovely wife Joan, hit the parking lot to kites flying, the sun setting, sand blowing.....rigged up again with Jimbo and hit it at the jetty for a while, then took off again for a downwinder to 18th, bout 4 miles or so. Perfect wind, waves pumping, and a setting sun on the BIG LAKE.....sweeeeeeeeeeeeet! Then the big moon came up and we tagged it all the way down the coast...ALL TIME!!!!!!!! 8)

Fish tacos and Oberons at Su Casa and we called it a day, another killer kiting day on Lake Michigan.
