It'll be everywhere else

and like everywhere else...proper beach ettiquette applies, DO NOT kite among swimmers, do not launch/land with people in harms way, do not fly your kite on the beach longer than it takes to launch and land..."keep it low and go", if you cannot stay upwind do not wait until it's too late and drift into the swimmers - and know how to self-rescue, if it's on-shore wind you need to be able to get upwind FAST and stay safely away from the shoreline/people/swimmers immediately, no tricks near shore or swimmers...etc. etc.

the usual stuff

Mac kites has the mac shak at the south end of the beach. Area marked off with cones for launching and landing. I rode it on the 4th of July. Just have to remember to stay out of the swim area. Drag out and into the beach. Nice town. To bad the ferry is so friging expensive or it would be perfect.
