Suck-er-caps - Noun: white caps on water which entice a kiteboarder to rig gear and attempt to ride only to find out there's barely enough wind to plane much less stay up wind; illusiary water conditions which make a kiter feel foolish; waste of time.

I SAW THAT HERE TOO!! I was riding on my scooter on Lake Shore drive and saw white caps....I stopped, checked the wind, but nothing. I thought that was weird

G darn H E double hocky sticks seagulls do that to me some times.
