Interested in coming up to the Keweenaw?

Post by grimace » Mon Oct 21, 2013 9:23 pm

This past weekend I finally made the move up Copper Harbor, MI. For anyone that doesn't know this place is windy all the time and with winter coming up, snowkiting up here is pretty spectacular.

If anyone is ever interested in coming up, let me know, conditions are always great!

We used to cross country ski Mount Baldy in Copper Harbor every year. Beautiful place!

... and Mount Bohemia next door, the best powder of the Midwest, with their $99 season pass on the first Saturday of December, is not a small thing either!

I'm sure xwindsurf and I will be interested in roadtripping up that way once or maybe even twice this upcoming snowy season.... which apparently is already upon us.
