That's really sad, ive kited that beach a couple times, sketchy launch but the waves are great when the direction is right.

Brits are hilarious. I've actually boycotted all BP gas stations since they installed that damn pipe in Indiana 5 -6 years ago. Story goes they had to reduce their PPM (Part per million) of waste going into the lake as new regulations (google that) came into effect. So instead of doing the ecological thing and making their processes more environmentally friendly, they took the slightly cheaper route of building a thicker pipe thus diluting the waste into more water. I'd halfway understand if it saved them tons of money or the regulation was wild, but if you read into it they only saved something like $60,000 which was something like 8% of the total cost rather then cleaning up their process. Ridiculous.
